Traxspro is a music platform connecting independent artists and fans in Vienna and globally.

2. What data we collect
- Account information: name, email address, profile photo when you sign up via email or Google OAuth
- Artist profile data: bio, genre, location, music samples, portfolio items, shop listings
- Transaction data: ticket purchases, inner circle subscriptions, shop orders — processed via Stripe
- Usage data: pages visited, events viewed, artists browsed
- Communications: messages sent through the platform, gig request content
3. How we use your data
- To provide and improve the Traxspro platform
- To process payments and send receipts
- To send verification emails and platform notifications
- To connect fans with artists and facilitate bookings
- To display artist profiles publicly on the platform
- We do NOT sell your data to third parties
- We do NOT use your data to train AI or ML models
4. Google OAuth
When you sign in with Google we receive:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your Google profile photo
We do not receive access to your Google Drive, Gmail, or any other Google services.
We use this information only to create and manage your Traxspro account.
5. Data sharing
- Stripe: payment processing (their privacy policy applies)
- Clerk: authentication (their privacy policy applies)
- Supabase: secure database hosting
- Resend: transactional email delivery
- Cloudinary: image hosting
- Mux: video hosting
6. Data retention
- Account data: retained while your account is active
- Transaction records: retained for 7 years (legal requirement)
- You can request deletion of your account at any time

- Export your data
- Withdraw consent at any time

9. Children
Traxspro is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
